| | Ticket Policies | We understand that ticket policies are boring -- but please look them over anyway. Since the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival is now a ticketed event, there are some things you should know.
General policies
- Pricing is as follows: Advance weekend passes are $20 and include tickets to the festival for all three days (weekend passes go up to their face value of $25 as of Monday, August 2); Bronze Individual Sponsorships are $30 and include a laminated credential good for entrance into the festival and the sponsor lounge; Silver Individual Sponsorships are $75 and include two laminated credentials as well as a parking pass for a lot across the street from the festival; and Gold Individual Sponsorships are $100 and include two laminated credentials, a parking pass for a lot on festival grounds, and exclusive access to bleachers located at the headliner stage.
- Sales of weekend passes and individual sponsorship packages begin Tuesday, May 4, online. Your passes/sponsorship packets will be mailed 3 weeks before the festival. Please note that online sales of packages/passes will cease on Sunday, August 1. After that date, weekend passes will be $25. From Monday, August 2 through Friday, August 6, passes and individual sponsorship packets will be available for sale at the Heritage Discovery Center gift shop..
- There is a $2 handling fee for all Internet and telephone orders (per order, not per pass/sponsorship packet).
- All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged passes/sponsorship packets.
- All persons 12 and older entering festival grounds must have a pass (weekend or individual sponsorship) or single-day ticket. Each ticket or pass will allow a single admittance. Children under the age of 12 do not need a ticket/pass, but must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or supervising adult over the age of 21.
- Festival volunteers get in free on the day(s) they work; a ticket will be mailed to all volunteers, along with a reminder letter.
- Weekend passes, individual sponsorship packages, and single-day tickets purchased via the website or at the gate are for personal use only. They may not be re-sold for more than face value. The festival reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy.
At the festival
- Single-day tickets ($5/Friday, $10/Saturday, $10/Sunday) may be purchased at the gate. We are not responsible for stolen or lost tickets.
- There are no exchanges or refunds of tickets or sponsorship packages. However, at the festival weekend pass holders may upgrade to a Bronze Individual Sponsorship for a flat fee of $10. To make this exchange, you must also present your entire weekend pass (that is, tickets for all remaining days of the festival).
- All artists listed on the website are confirmed; however, programs, artists, days and times are subject to change.
- Inclement weather is not cause for a refund. A performance that has begun, but is shortened due to weather conditions is not cause for a full or partial refund.
- Audio, videotaping or flash photography is not permitted.
- If you leave festival grounds, you must have a wristband for re-admittance.
