Welcome to the official site of the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival! Produced by the Johnstown Area Heritage Association, the festival is the successor event to the Johnstown FolkFest. This page provides information on the festival's history, including past performers.

| Festival History |
With the help of City and Commonwealth officials, the Johnstown Area Heritage Association (JAHA ) recruited the National Folk Festival to Johnstown in 1990 for a three-year run, raising the necessary funds to do so. In 1993, JAHA became the sole producer of the event, which was renamed the AmeriServ Johnstown FolkFest in 1994 when AmeriServ Financial became the event's title sponsor, and continued to hold the event over Labor Day weekend. In 2009, the festival was renamed the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival to better reflect the types of music offered..
