We’re offering special programming in the children’s museum for Earth Day! We’ll talk about plants and how the grow, plus how to keep our Earth, water, and air clean to help keep plants, animals and people healthy!

Dr. Matt Tracey from Pitt-Johnstown will be on hand to explain how plants “eat,” and do a few experiments with the kids. We’ll then make a plant pot out of recycled paper, and plant our own seedlings in our rooftop garden to take home. We’ll have more Earth Day and garden-related activities as well.

Free with JAHA membership or museum admission.
