Join us for our next Kids’ Cultural Cooking Class where we will be exploring the culture and customs of Egypt and the Middle East with guest chef Samaah Sbeitan. We will make and sample some hummus, a classic Middle Eastern staple made from chickpeas and tahini, and koshari, a famous Egyptian dish featuring rice, lentils, macaroni, onion, and tomato sauce.
