Civil War Surgery and Anesthesia

The American Association of University Women of Johnstown invite you to their spring presentation! Fran Feyock and Rick Schroeder will give a talk on Civil War surgery and anesthesia, and will also explain some of Johnstown’s connections to the Battle of Gettysburg. Free and open to the public.

Rick Schroeder, MD has been the director of orthopedic trauma at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center since 1987. Fran Feyock, CRNA is the executive director of the surgical service line at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Both men are licensed battlefield guides at Gettysburg National Military Park.
