Please see the calendar below for the current operating schedules of the Johnstown Flood Museum, Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum. The Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only; the Johnstown Flood Museum is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Visitors to the Johnstown Children’s Museum (which is located on the third floor of the Heritage Discovery Center) are encouraged to RSVP 539-1889 before your visit, as we are limiting the number of families in the museum at any given time — see the children’s museum COVID information page for details on our scheduling and safety protocol. RSVPs are not needed to visit the Johnstown Flood Museum or the other attractions in the Heritage Discovery Center.

In accordance with PA guidelines, visitors and employees must wear masks, and are asked to observe social distancing while in our facilities. We are taking additional steps to ensure safety, such as sanitizing surfaces frequently. Welcome!

A benefit for the Johnstown chapter of NAACP to celebrate Juneteenth, a nationwide observance of the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans after the Civil War.

Performers include House of Soul (pictured), The Problem, Westside Blues Band, Smooth Sound, various rap artists, legendary jazz musician Charles King, The Entertainer Aaron Jefferson, and DJ Moe Be of 102 JAMZ.

Tickets are $20/individual or $25/couple in advance; $25/individual the day of the show. Advance tickets are available at FWA Gym, 200 Lincoln St., or online.
