Please see the calendar below for the current operating schedules of the Johnstown Flood Museum, Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum. The Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only; the Johnstown Flood Museum is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Visitors to the Johnstown Children’s Museum (which is located on the third floor of the Heritage Discovery Center) are encouraged to RSVP 539-1889 before your visit, as we are limiting the number of families in the museum at any given time — see the children’s museum COVID information page for details on our scheduling and safety protocol. In accordance with PA guidelines, visitors and employees must wear masks, and are asked to observe social distancing while in our facilities. We are taking additional steps to ensure safety, such as sanitizing surfaces frequently. Welcome!
